Since we are signed up for less than 4.5 hours in spring, we don't need to worry about proof of insurance; as to summer, though, I don't know. Does anybody else?
We should have our school district insurance until the end of August. I know that when Salt Lake City School District gave me my "leave without pay," I was told I had insurance until then. Check with your district. And, by the way, if one of you younger and smarter computer bloggers will tell me how to post a blog with my own name, I would be very pleased! I guess I have breathed way too much lacquer over the years!
I just wrote an email to the following address: healthplan@byu.edu I told them who the insurance provider was and the name and number on the account. They sent me an email back saying my insurance was waived for summer semester. Hope that helps.
